How do you ship packages?
Product packages are shipped from our warehouses in China or sometimes US depending on the weight, size, product type and stock availability of the product itself.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, definitely! Cheap-Sunglasses-Hut.com provides free shipping to more than 185 countries globally. However, there are some locations we might not be able to cover at this moment. If you happen to be in one of those countries, please let us know and we will do our best to help. We reserve the rights to make a full refund to you in the event this kind of situation occurs.
What about customs?
There are some responsibilities that buyer should aware of in the event something unexpected happens. If the items are detained by Customs due to any reasons after the shipment has left the seller’s country, it is the buyer's responsibilities for the clearance of the detained items. We (the seller) are not responsible for any custom fees (clearance, tax, etc) the moment the items are shipped out. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subjected to custom fees when they arrive to your country and you hold the full responsibilities to pay for that.
How long does shipping take?
FREE shipping time varies by product itself (warehouse), destination, weight, size, weather and each country’s rules and regulations. These are our estimates from past experience. However, packages do arrive much earlier than the slowest time frame expected as follows (it means you need not necessary to wait till the last day to get your parcel):

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a notification email with tracking information once your packages or items are shipped out. If you have not received tracking info from us within 5 days, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. However, in order to keep the price low, for certain products to some countries, we are regret that we could not provide tracking information due to the shipping services we collaborate with. If you need more details on this before your purchase, please drop us a message. We appreciate your kind understandings and cooperation.
Once the shipment confirmation is sent to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party international postal service providers. Buyer should aware and agree that we (the seller) shall not be held liable for lost parcel during the shipment if proof of postage provided. Any claim will have to be made with our third party shipping providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For certain shipping companies, it takes about 2-5 business days for the tracking details to be updated onto the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and yet there is still no information about it, kindly contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've already specified combined shipping during your purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Items shipped out are 100% new, unused as well as in good condition.
Making order purchase
Please be noted that the actual product received might have slight different in colors due to the environment lightings while the product photos were taken and also monitor/mobile devices screen settings. If you do not agree with this, please do not proceed for payment. We appreciate your kind understandings.
All orders can be amended until they are shipped out. If you already made the payment and you need to make a change, you must contact us within 12 hours or before the items are shipped out (whichever comes first). Once the packaging and shipping process have started, there is nothing we could do to hold back.
Your satisfaction is always our main priority. If you would like a make a refund, you are welcomed to email us and tell us your reasons and we would definitely do our best to help out.
If you did not receive the packages within our guaranteed time frame (60 business days not including 2-5 processing days) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item with respect to what you had ordered (or not as described), you can request a full refund and return the item at your own cost for shipping fee, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us (the seller).
Buyer should understand that we (the seller) should not be held responsible for the following situations and no refund shall be provided:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cheap Sunglasses Hut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.cheap-sunglasses-hut.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 business days excluding 2-5 days processing time) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved and eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed by us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without our authorization or confirmation. If you are authorized to do so, kindly be reminded that you must return the items at your own expenses and the items must be unused and in good condition with proper packaging for the return.
